Food is important, it is so important that I have to write a separate post about my food experience in Turkey. As I’m reviewing my trip photos, I realized that I may not take the best photos about the food I tasted, nor have I taken photos in every occasion. So I’ll try my best to explain the food I tried during the trip.
I am also happy to report that I found a Turkish restaurant in my living area, it is called Bodrum Cafe in Mountain View.

Throughout the extensive bus drive from Istanbul to Cannakale, Kusadasi, Pamukkale, Konya, and Ankara, I learned a few things about Turkey from our knowledgable guide.

The good thing about joining an American tour is that the hotel selection will for sure be up to certain standards. And the good thing about joining the tour in an off-peak season is that we can get upgrades in certain hotel selections or room selections.
Instead of spreading the hotels in each city’s post, I am going to summarize the hotels we stayed in one post, hopefully I have pictures to show all of them.
